Photography SaaS — The Complete Photography Studio Source Code & Platform

1. Commercial Product Overview

Photography SaaS (“Company”, “we”, “our”) provides commercial source code packages, documentation, database migration scripts, and licensing keys for photographers and agencies. By purchasing or using this source code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the accompanying Software License Agreement.

2. Delivery of Source Code

Upon successful payment confirmation, customer accounts are provisioned with immediate access to unencrypted source code ZIP archives, licensing keys, and documentation. Customers are responsible for configuring their own hosting environment (e.g. Next.js runtime, Supabase PostgreSQL, and storage buckets).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The underlying architecture, source code, and design patterns remain the intellectual property of Photography SaaS Inc. The customer is granted a non-exclusive, revocable commercial license to use, modify, and deploy the source code on production domains according to their purchased license tier.
