1. Cancellation Policy
As our product (Photography SaaS) is a downloadable digital asset (Source Code), orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully processed and the digital download link is generated. Please review all features and demos thoroughly before making a purchase.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Because Photography SaaS provides immediate, non-revocable access to unencrypted digital source code files upon payment, all sales are strictly non-refundable once the source code archive has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or lack of technical expertise to deploy the code.
3. Technical Defect Guarantee
If you encounter any reproducible technical bug or architectural defect in our provided codebase that our engineering support team is unable to resolve within 14 business days of reporting, we will gladly issue a 100% refund.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under the Technical Defect Guarantee, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
