When purchasing Photography SaaS, we collect your name, email address, studio name, and billing details solely to process transactions, generate commercial license keys, and provide access to your customer portal. We do not sell or monetize customer data.
2. Payment Processing
We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway to process payments. We do not store your credit/debit card details, UPI IDs, or net banking passwords on our servers. Your payment data is securely transmitted directly to Razorpay using industry-standard encryption (PCI-DSS compliant).
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment gateways like Razorpay, email delivery services like Resend) or as required by law.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session in the Customer Dashboard and Admin Panel. We do not use intrusive tracking or third-party advertising cookies.
5. License Verification Telemetry
Our license verification API records domain names and timestamp verifications to ensure compliance with domain activation limits. We do not collect private photographs, client proofing data, or contract contents from your self-hosted instances.
