License Scope Summary
You Are Allowed To:
- Deploy source code on authorized domains
- Modify and customize any part of the codebase
- Integrate your own payment gateways and branding
- Use for client projects (Agency/Lifetime licenses)
You Are NOT Allowed To:
- Publicly distribute or leak source code files
- Resell the core source code as an open template/theme
- Exceed domain activation limits without upgrading
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Photography SaaS grants the Licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to install, execute, and customize the Software on the specific number of production domains authorized by the purchased plan tier.
